Do you offer wedding dress alterations?

What is your policy on returns?

We do not offer returns on custom-tailored garments. However, if there is an issue with the fit or quality of our work, we will work with you to make it right.

How long do alterations usually take?

Turnaround time depends on the complexity of the job.

Basic alterations: 2–5 business days
Complex or custom work: 1–2 weeks
Rush services may be available for an additional fee.

What should I bring for a fitting?

Please bring the actual garment, any undergarments or shoes you plan to wear with it, and a clear idea of the adjustments needed. This helps ensure the best fit and outcome.

Do you offer dry cleaning or cleaning-only services?

Yes! We offer dry cleaning, as well as cleaning and restoration services for shoes, bags, gowns, and more.

Can you resize clothing up or down?
